Returning an Online Purchase

We want you to love your new Twelveways system, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color or a new size. You can return items within 30 days of your order date. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise from our online store.

 

Returns by Mail

Choose a standard mailing service in your area. Mail the item(s) to our return address below.

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us: 

Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

Pack and seal your return securely, and include the original invoice.

Mail it using standard shipping with tracking number to the address above.

Shipping Companies

We do not accept any returns from companies that charge brokers fee (e.g. UPS or FedEx®). For Canadian customers, please make sure to use Canada Post services and clearly mark your package exchange and/or return.  For all other countries use your local postal office services.

 

Easy Exchanges

The exchanged item will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for any additional merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
